UK Delivery and Delivery times
UK delivery is free of charge. UK deliveries are made by TNT, which normally takes between 1 and 2 working days. We aim to deliver your goods within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Please allow up to 14 days in the event of excessive orders or stock delay. If TNT cannot obtain a signature the parcel will be sent to the local station for collection.

EU Delivery and delivery times
EU shipping costs are £8.95. EU deliveries generally take between 2-3 days. We aim to deliver your goods within 48 hours of receiving payment. Please allow up to 28 days in the event of excessive orders or stock delay.

Rest of the World
Shipping costs to the rest of the world are £18.95. Please allow 14 days for delivery. We aim to deliver your goods within 48 hours of receiving payment. Please allow up to 28 days in the event of excessive orders or stock delay.

Stock
We aim to inform you if the item you have ordered is out of stock either through email or telephone and tell you when you are likely to receive your goods. You will have the option of cancelling your order and receiving your money back.

Electrical Items
Please note that all electrical items are CE certified and come with a one year warranty. All electrical items are fitted with standard UK plugs.

In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until our enquiries have been completed. This can take up to seven days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods.

Cancellations and return policy
We do accept goods returned to SDL Hair, however only in the following circumstances.
We accept goods returned that have been unopened and unused within 7 working days starting after receipt of goods.
If you have received the wrong goods, we will make sure you receive the correct goods at no extra cost after we receive the return of the wrong products.

You the consumer have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your orders, beginning the day after receipt of the goods, without reason (cooling off period).

All returns should be made within 7 days following after the date of delivery and be sent back to us by recorded delivery. All returns should be sent to:

A copy of the invoice will be required and we will refund the item upon receipt of item.

All items that Think Straight (SDL) sell have a full one year guarantee. In the event that a malfunction occurs during the twelve month period, please return the product to:

Please provide proof of purchase. We will endeavour to repair the product, however in the event that the product can not be repaired we will send you a new replacement model.

Return policy on wetline products
We do not operate a sale or return policy on any shampoo or conditioners. In the event that there is a defect with the packaging of the material which deems it unusable SDL Hair will replace the product on receipt of the defective item.

Credit card security
All credit/debit card transactions are through a secure server. We accept all major credit/debit cards except American Express.

Payment
SDL will take payment via online sales using credit/debit cards. We accept all major credit/debit cards except American Express. Credit orders will be confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
You undertake that all details you provide to Thinkstraight for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit/debit cards you are using is your own and that there is sufficient funds in your account to cover the cost of the goods ordered. If you supply incorrect or inaccurate address details and your order is returned to us then a charge will be made for re-delivery.

If there are any changes to your details supplied by you, then it is your responsibility to inform SDL Hair as soon as possible.
